TEMSCON Global is the flagship conference of the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) and is a premier venue for research on management, innovation, and leadership across the spectrum of technology, science, and engineering. The conference will convene researchers, managers, practitioners, educators, students, and policy makers to present and discuss new developments in the fields of interest of IEEE TEMS. The conference program will include contributions to this call for papers as well as plenary lectures, entrepreneurship sessions, and industry forums.

Building on a successful inaugural conference last year in San Diego, USA, and on our regional flagship events such as TEMSCON ASPAC and TEMSCON LATAM, we are excited about taking the next leap forward towards making TEMSCON Global the premier international venue for engineering innovators and leaders, scholars and students of technology management, and educators and policymakers in technological domains.

Bridging Industry, Academia, and Innovation: The TEMSCON Global program is designed to forge strong links among researchers, practitioners, and entrepreneurs. Peer-reviewed papers and presentations will extend the states of the art and practice. An Industry Forum will feature talks by industry experts and panels addressing current technical trends and significant challenges. A special IEEE Entrepreneurship session will feature visionary innovators from around the world. TEMSCON Global will help you gain the perspectives necessary to navigate today’s complex technology landscape!

Elevating Your Research and Career: We invite paper submission in Research and Practitioner tracks. Accepted papers will be published on IEEE Xplore and indexed. Special issues of TEMS journals are planned. We also welcome your proposals for invited sessions and workshops on key topics in technology management.

Celebrating a Landmark Year: This year is particularly special as we celebrate 75 years of TEMS. You’ll meet with current and past TEMS leadership and hear about our plans and new initiatives.
