Registration Fees

Conference registration does not include workshop registration. Workshops are a separate fee and must be added to your registration to be granted access. Fees can be found in the next chart.

Accompanying Person registration does not allow access to the conference banquet dinner.

Author Registration Guidelines

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by June 1, 2026, no exceptions. One author who has paid the FULL NON-STUDENT “IEEE Member” or “Non-Member” registration fee may present up to two papers provided that the author is registered AND attends the Conference to present his/her paper. 

Student, Life, Accompanying Person or Workshop registration fees cannot be used for the publication of an accepted paper. If the author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he/she has to pay the appropriate member or non-member fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper: they have to pay the member fee. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

Bank Transfers

If you are paying by credit card, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable), please fill out the online registration form and select pay by bank transfer. You will then be sent an invoice to submit your payment.

Only IEEE Member or Non-member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. Student, Life, Accompanying Person or Workshop registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the only author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he has to pay the appropriate Member or Non-member fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Students, Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper, they have to pay the Member fee.

• Please be sure to make your hotel reservations early to ensure availability. 

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by June 30, 2026. Approved requests will receive a 50% refund. Registrations covering accepted papers are not eligible for refund. Bank transfers are non-refundable.

Photography

Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Please contact Alexis Wisdom, TEMSCON 2026 manager, if you would like to request permission to video record during TEMSCON 2026. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
