Jeffrey C. (Jeff) Yu is an adjunct professor of cybersecurity analytics, AI/ML, and engineering management at The George Washington University (GWU). Dr. Yu previously led Northrop Grumman Corporation’s technology outreach to academia, research laboratories, industry, and the venture capital community. He has been the chief technology officer (CTO) and engineering executive for large-scale national security systems and IT businesses. His areas of expertise include AI/ML, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital transformation, cloud computing, signal processing, networking, microelectronics, and intellectual property and technology strategies. Dr. Yu earned degrees in electrical engineering from Princeton and Stanford Universities, and a doctorate in cybersecurity analytics from GWU. He is a past chair of the American Society for Engineering Education Leadership Roundtable.
