Stéphane Blouin (Senior Member, IEEE) holds a Ph.D. from Queen's University (2003), an M.Sc. from École Polytechnique de Montréal, and a B.A.Sc. from Laval University. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal, QC, Canada. Before joining ÉTS, he worked in industrial R&D and, more recently, served as a federal government scientist. He conducts experimental research on networked autonomous systems, signal processing, and integrated sensing, communication, and computation.
